Look for the method that returns you the most loot per hour played. Normally that is Greater Rifts of a level that you can clear in under 5 minutes. Edit: You could play in a party and someone would most likely drop one if they get one. As explained, Ramaladni’s Gift is a random drop, with lowish rates, which makes farming the item very difficult. The best thing players can do is find a Greater Rift level that you can run on max level but complete within 2 to 3 minutes.
